This home is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is free! You may park in the garage and in the driveway only. Maximum 4 cars per stay. Message host for additional vehicle permission. Passenger vehicles only; no camper vans, RVs, etc. If you bring any unauthorized vehicles not approved by the host, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Pet Policy
Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund.
Security
To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras INCLUDING the backyard. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
