This open and airy layout can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people and is nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is free! You may park in one of the street parking spaces. Maximum 2 cars per stay. Passenger vehicles only (no camper vans, RVs, etc.).
We take our home’s sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!
There is an attached “Enchanted Escape” main home next to this Guest Suite. The Guest Suite shares a common wall with the main home, similar to a hotel or duplex.
But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both homes have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, and there is no access to this unit from the main home.

You may park on the street. Please do not park on the driveway so as not to block the casita garage space.
Passenger vehicles only; no camper vans, RVs, etc. Maximum 2 cars per stay. Message host for additional vehicle permission. If you bring any unauthorized vehicles not approved by the host, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Pet Policy
Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund.
Security
To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
